We had a fantastic stay at Arawana Express Phromphong. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the sky train and various transportation options like taxis and tuk tuks. We really enjoyed the convenience of having street food options just outside the hotel, and the fact that there was a supermarket only a few hundred meters away was a bonus. the room also had a kitchen which allowed us to cook for ourselves when we wanted. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Another highlight was the coffee and hot chocolate machine at the reception area, where we could get unlimited drinks. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 😊.

very friendly staff, breakfast was good and willing to let me leave my case there while i travel around thailand. and free internet
the only thing i did not like was in the bathroom. it had a mirrored cabinet on the wall over the sink, and unfortunatly this was nearly the same size with only about 12" between the two. so you couldnt really get your head in between to wash your face or brush your teeth

Convenient location: The hotel is in an excellent position as regards transport, being close to the Sky train station. This makes it easy to get to almost anywhere you want to go in the city.
Air conditioning issues: Some rooms either smell of wretched sewage or have an insanely loud droning vibration coming from ill-maintained air conditioning units.

I absolutely adored the charming Thai hospitality and attention to detail in the hotel's decoration. The beautiful and stylish modern design throughout the general areas truly added a touch of elegance to my stay. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel. With its convenient location near the BTS Asoke and cafes, I found it easy to explore the surrounding areas and connect with different parts of the city. The footpaths were well-maintained, making it safe and enjoyable to walk around, even for someone like me.
The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation even better for senior people is a bit more assistance from the children working there. While the staff were generally nice, I felt that they could have been more attentive and helpful, especially considering the needs of older guests.

The location is very good and the room was very clean and modern. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was fine but it would be better if they put signs of the food in english.
